We bought a vacation rental at the Resort because of its beautiful location in northern Limburg and design of the plan with all of the amenities. In additoin from the excellent rental possibilities, you will have an outstanding time at this place yourself. Close to natural beauty and easy access to centers in Germany, Belgium, and South Limburg.

The procedure for the purchase was fine and smooth. Good explanations and availability of information, assistance with purchase when needed, and flexibility in the procedural aspects of the purchase. Also very friendly and some southern hospitality at appropriate times. Construction also went smoothly and in accordance with agreements. It will be completed next week. In short: very happy with the purchase and full confidence in a good future at the park!

As an investment, we bought a house and an apartment through Olav Klaassen in the Leukerrmeer project during the first phase of construction. We haven't regretted it yet. The finish and appearance of the project exceeded our expectations, and with the latest addition of the upscale restaurant, it has become a beautifully completed project that removes the need to leave the park during the stay. So far, the project is also showing a nice return on investment.

Our holiday home is currently under construction and will be delivered soon. Looking back at the purchase period, we feel very positive about it.

We were guided very well by the sales agent (Olav Klaassen) in making our choice from the range of available homes, which at that time was still limited. We found the realistic financial presentation of all costs and revenues very strong. This gave us a good idea of the expected net returns. That is very important to us, because we purchased the house as an investment object. Even after the purchase, this broker was very easy to get in touch with. All of our question were answered quickly and clearly. The open house was great too, during whic hwe met other (potential) buyers over snacks and drinks.
